Paul J Karch

- Paul formed the SOLAIYA SPORTS division out of a love for the “beautiful game” and the understanding of what are the necessary steps to grow from an amateur to a professional in the global environment. Our offices in the USA, UK, Czech Republic and Slovakia provide us with a foothold in the heart of Europe nestled between The Czech First Division, Austrian Bundesliga, German Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, La Liga and many other top tier and lower tier leagues and teams. Our current interests include team and player support in the Czech League and Austrian Leagues, Major League Soccer (MLS), USL and UPSL.
Michael Reed
- Michael Reed brings a vast amount of experience as both a player and coach. Michael played for Memphis 901 FC, Nashville SC, San Antonio FC, Atlanta Silverbacks and the Minnesota Stars. He was team captain at Nashville SC and San Antonio FC.
- Michael’s coaching experience includes time at Beaman United FC, Nashville FC, St. Thomas University, Wilson United Soccer Club, Dakota Rev Soccer Club, Ravenwood High School and Chanhassan High School. He also holds a USSF B License and has completed multiple courses including US Soccer Pro License Education, Mental Health First Aid and Tactical Periodization in Soccer.

Lubos Kubik Sr.
- Luboš Kubík Sr. is a former Czech soccer coach and a soccer player who represented the countries of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic.
- As a soccer player, he played in Italy for the soccer club ACF Fiorentina, in France for FC Metz, and in Germany for 1. FC Nuremberg, in the USA for Chicago Fire and Dallas Burn (today FC Dallas), and in the Czech Republic for SK Slavia Prague, Hradec Králové, Drnovice and Lázně Bohdaneč. Luboš Kubík Sr. also represented Czechoslovakia in the years 1985-1993 and the Czech Republic in the years 1994-1997, where he played in 56 matches in which he scored 13 goals.
- As a coach, he led the teams of Śląsk Wrocław in Poland and Torquay United in England. He also worked as an assistant coach for the USA Olympic team in 2008. In 2010, he received an offer to become an assistant coach for the USA national team and was the only Czech participant at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, where the USA finished in the round of 16.
- Luboš Kubík’s greatest achievements are: participation in the 1990 World Cup in Italy, silver medal in the 1996 EURO in England, winner of the MLS Cup in 1998, and 2-time winner of the US Open Cup in 1998 and 2000 with the Chicago Fire.


Lubos Kubik Jr.
- Luboš Kubík Jr. is a former soccer player who worked and studied in the Czech Republic and the United States of America and is a citizen of both countries. Luboš Kubík Jr. started with soccer at the academy in Pardubice and gradually played amateur, university, and professional soccer in the USA. Outside of soccer, he studied Sports Management at the Pennsylvania Western University and worked in the MLS club Philadelphia Union in the marketing and events department.
- Luboš Kubík Jr. was born in France in the city of Metz, but grew up in Pardubice. In Pardubice, he also represented the football club FK Pardubice in the youth category. He moved to the US in 2011 to the city of Des Moines, Iowa. In Des Moines, he also started playing for the Des Moines Menace Soccer Club (USL 2), where he first got to know adult soccer, for which he played from 2012-2016.
- After high school in 2012, he began studying sports management at California University of Pennsylvania (now Pennsylvania Western University), where he gained hands-on experience in amateur and professional sports behind the scenes. He had the opportunity to work with the following teams: Pittsburgh Steelers (NFL), Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB), Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL), Philadelphia Union (MLS), Columbus Crew (MLS) and Philadelphia Flyers (NHL). On the soccer side, Luboš represented the school for 4 years in NCAA Division 2, where he received regional and conference awards.
In his last semester of college, he completed a sports internship for 4 months at the Philadelphia Union, an MLS club. At the time of his internship, he was part of Philadelphia’s reserve team, which was called Bethlehem Steel F.C. (now Philadelphia Union II). After considering the situation, Luboš decided to continue developing soccer in the USA from behind the scenes of Major League Soccer at the Philadelphia Union, where he played an important role in the marketing and promotion of the sport and the team in and around the city of Philadelphia.
František Rambousek
- František is a dedicated international coach for high level athletes specifically focused on football (soccer), tennis, ice hockey and golf. As a trainer of national teams and their players (football / soccer, ice hockey) and as a personal trainer and coach for many professional athletes, František leads the SOLAIYA SPORTS full-service initiative offering individual, team and corporate education in the areas of nutrition, movement, strength, rehabilitation, sleep, stretching, breathing and overall sports and mental well-being.
